What's New at Printing Studio: Custom Apparel, No-Minimum Hats, and More

It's been a busy stretch here in our Florida shop. We've been adding products, cleaning up how you order, and doing a lot of behind-the-scenes work. Here's a quick rundown.

Custom apparel for teams and businesses

We started out making leather patch hats, and now we're adding apparel. It's a good fit for businesses, crews and teams because apparel orders have minimums. There's no setup fee, and you can mix and match colors and sizes in one order. That way your whole team gets the fit and color they want.

Here's what's in the lineup so far:

• Carhartt T-Shirt: a lighter weight 5-ounce tee built for tough jobs in warm weather.
• Port & Company Fan Favorite T-Shirt (PC450): soft, reliable, and easy on the budget.
• Allmade Tri-Blend T-Shirt: a light, comfortable tri-blend that people actually want to wear.
• Pullover Hoodies: a cold-weather staple.

On hoodies, industry data shows pullovers grew from 57% to 76% of hooded pieces ordered between October and February, from 2022 to 2026. Black, gray and navy made up 71% of those orders. If you're not sure what to pick, a pullover in one of those three colors is a safe bet.

Ordering got simpler

We built our own custom matrix ordering grid. You can enter quantities by color and size on one screen, so there's no adding sizes one at a time. It saves time, especially on bigger mixed orders.

No minimums on hats

You read that right. You can now order custom hats with no minimum. That covers one hat for yourself or a short run to test a new logo. Start with All Hats and find your style.

Every leather patch is now stitched, with a lifetime guarantee

All of our leather patches are now sewn on with real stitches, and that stitching has a lifetime guarantee. We still use genuine Hermann Oak leather, and every patch is hand-sewn and double sealed. If you've wondered how long a patch hat will last, this is our answer.

New: Liquid 3D emblems

Want something besides leather? Our new Liquid 3D Emblems add raised, dimensional detail with a clean, modern look. Request a quote and we'll help you dial in your design.

New: Debossed leather patches

We've also added a debossed leather patch option. Your design is pressed into the leather for a subtle, classic look. This one has a 50-piece minimum, because we make a custom mold for each design. Learn more in our post on debossed leather patches for hats and hard goods.

Blank Flexfit 110s

Sometimes you just want blanks. Our blank Flexfit 110 Mesh Caps come in packs of 12, so the minimum is 12 pieces.

The North Face beanies, just in time for beanie season

We've added a few new The North Face beanies to the catalog:

Our Imperial hats collection got a refresh. It's worth a look if you like Imperial's fit and feel.

Work you won't see, but will feel

We've also done a lot of back-office work to keep our pricing as fair as possible. It isn't flashy, but it means better value on every order.

Current promotions

• Dealer's Choice: 25 Leather Patch Hats: 25 adjustable hats, our pick. It's a mix of styles and colors from our in-stock inventory, each finished with your logo on a real leather patch. You choose the leather color and upload your logo (one patch design and one leather color per box), and we send a digital mockup for approval before anything is made. Boxes are limited, and all sales are final.
• Free leather coasters: order 24 or more hats and get 4 free leather coasters etched with your logo. Ends December 31.
