Artwork requirements
Debossing presses your design into the leather, so very fine detail won't hold. Before you upload, check your file against these:

Vector files only (PDF, AI, or EPS). No photos, gradients, or AI-generated art.

Text at least 2.5mm tall. That's roughly 10pt or larger in most fonts.

Lines at least 0.35mm wide, about a 1pt stroke. No hairlines.

Keep art 2mm inside the patch edge (3mm if the patch will be sewn on).

Patch size between 1.5" x 1.5" and 3.5" x 2.25". Need bigger? Ask in the notes so we can quote accordingly.
What happens next
We check your art against the specs above. If it's ready to go, we send back a mockup with your price so you can see exactly what you're getting before you commit. If it needs changes, we'll tell you exactly what to fix, or suggest another patch option that fits your design better.

Leather colors: Natural and Caramel. Shades vary slightly since it's genuine leather.

Hat fabric matters: Cotton and polyester hats get the patch heat applied. Wool, nylon, and acrylic (most beanies) get it sewn on.

Lead time: 10-15 business days after art approval.

Care: Spot clean only. Don't machine wash.

Due to natural irregularities and differences in screen resolution, digital simulation may vary from the actual physical sample and/or final product.
