Each patch is crafted from high-quality natural leather or one of our Faux material options, tailored to incorporate your logo or custom design. We offer a variety of shapes to complement your brand’s identity—choose from circles, ovals, rectangles, squares, hexagons, triangles, shape of logo, or custom contours. If you have a unique shape in mind, simply specify your requirements in the Order Notes field, and we’ll handle the rest.

High-Quality Production Process

Our patches are cut to precision through laser engraving for high detail. This process can produce a fine char dust in the engraved areas, which we meticulously seal with a flexible, durable, and water-resistant coating. This ensures your patch and apparel remain clean, protected, while the leather maintains its quality through wear and weather.

Materials

Printing Studio primarily uses genuine leather and has selected Hermann Oak Expedition 1881 top grain or Bridle leather for our leather patches. It's 100% vegetable-tanned with organic plant-based materials (e.g., leaves, bark, acorns), so there are no harmful environmental effects. Located in St. Louis, Missouri, the Hermann Oak Leather Company started in 1881 and supplied the local harness trade and wagon trains of settlers along the Lewis and Clark Trail. So, a lot of neat history behind our leather.

A note about the darker leather colors. When choosing the perfect material for your project, we highly recommend considering our exquisite Black Faux option over Black. Uniquely, it engraves in a stunning Silver finish, which not only enhances the visibility of your design but also adds a touch of elegance and contrast, making your piece truly stand out.

Customization and Pricing
