FAQs

• How does a 7-panel trucker hat differ from a 5 or 6 panel trucker hat for durability and comfort?
A 7-panel trucker hat features more seams and a taller, structured crown that holds its shape well, while 5 and 6-panel trucker hats use fewer seams for a simpler build that often feels slightly smoother on the head and marginally more durable at stress points.
• How quickly will I receive my artwork proof?
Most proofs are sent the same business day, typically within 2–4 hours. During peak seasons, proofs may take up to one business day. You’ll receive a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo will appear on the leather patch before production begins.
• Do you help with artwork if I only have a logo from my website?
Yes. Our design team provides free artwork conversion and optimization. Send us anything you have, website logo, screenshot, business card, PNG, PDF—and we’ll prepare production-ready artwork optimized for laser engraving and show you options in your proof.
