Step 4: Approve Proof
Same-day digital proof via email. We don't sew until you say "Go."
Step 5: Production
Turnaround in 7-10 business days. Can take longer for larger orders. Ground shipping takes 3-5 days for most places in the contiguous U.S.

What logo files do you accept?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) but accept high-res JPGs, PNGs, or even website screenshots. Our design team provides free artwork assistance to convert files.

Can I see my design before production?

Yes. We send a digital proof within 1 business day showing your logo on the specific hat color. We do not start production until you approve.

What's the minimum order?

Just 6 hats per order. Perfect for small crews without needing to hold inventory.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 7-10 business days plus 3-5 days for shipping. Large orders take longer. We will keep you posted.

Do you charge setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees and no logo digitization fees. However, when we started this business there was no such thing as AI art. AI art can be complex, there could be a $15 conversion fee. See the link above to prepare your AI art for laser engraving.

Will the patch hold up to washing?

Yes. We use premium thread for a permanent bond. Hand wash recommended for the brim, but the patch won't peel. We don't recommend putting your hat in the washer and dryer. 

What if I only have my website logo?

Upload what you have. Our art department will recreate it from low-res files and send a proof for confirmation.
